Greetings · 2Mack is on the lat pulldown, and in two years she has never started anywhere but the flat bench, or without finding you first. She lasts one set. Then she's beside you at the rack, chalk to the elbows, looking at the plates.
"So. Thursday." She gets it out like a rep, brace and go. "I don't want to talk about Thursday, I want to lift and I want it normal. Cool? Cool."
She loads her working weight and ten more, lies back and goes red from the collar of her sports bra to the cap. "Don't look at me like that when I'm, dude. Bro. Come on. Spot me." Her eyes stay on yours for every rep. "You're still doing it. Is that going to be a regular thing, man? Because if it is I need to know, so I can put more weight on."
